Privacy policy
Effective August 12, 2026
Blackjack Ledger is designed to work locally on your device. The current public-beta build does not require an account and does not sell personal information.
Information stored on your device
The trainer uses browser storage to preserve shoe composition, recent card history, practice results, personal-best scores, and on-device product-interest events. This information stays in your browser and can be removed by starting a new shoe where applicable or clearing the site data in your browser settings.
Hosting information
When the website is hosted publicly, the hosting provider may process ordinary technical request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp for security, reliability, and traffic operations. Privacy-friendly Web Analytics measures anonymized aggregate page visits without advertising cookies, including visits to distinct practice-milestone and offer-interest routes. Detailed drill answers and scores remain on your device. Blackjack Ledger does not use behavioral-advertising scripts.
Payments and accounts
The current beta does not collect payments or create user accounts. This policy must be updated before either feature is introduced. A future payment provider may process purchase and billing information under its own privacy policy; Blackjack Ledger should not store full payment-card details.
Children
Blackjack Ledger is intended only for adults age 18 and older and is not directed to children.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the product changes. The effective date at the top will identify the current version.
